Soth offers training seminars for our brokers that focus on different areas of expertise, and provide the most up-to-date knowledge taught by international trainers.
2. Management Career
For success-oriented business people who want to build and develop a sales team, a career in distribution management is offered. In SOTH Academy, you will broaden your knowledge on sales, management and leadership.
After your registration is accepted, you will be invited to an introductory conversation with our leaders in your region.
